Lexcursions – The Adventures of Anthony Jucha: April Edition

The local chapter encouraged attendance, but warned that “participants are subject to the laws of ‘Offensive Conduct’ enforced by NSW Police and ‘Offensive Behaviour’ enforced by Transit Police”. Deferment of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009

The commencement of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 has been deferred from May 2011 to October 2011 to allow more time to prepare for the changes. The reform introduces a single, national online register (the Personal Property Securities Register) which records the registration of security interests in personal property affording protection to lenders and giving secured parties, buyers and other interested persons a single searchable database. Email! Use it. (or how not to look like a Luddite*)

Yesterday we had a call from a client with instructions to prepare a contract for sale. She had instructed a selling agent and few days ago and asked if I had heard from them.
